After 10+ years building teams across gaming, AI, and tech — at companies ranging from early startups to scaling scaleups and established corporates — I decided to go solo.
I've worn a lot of hats: in-house recruiter, hiring manager partner, team builder, process fixer, candidate therapist. I know what good hiring looks like from every angle — and more importantly, I know what it looks like when it's quietly (or loudly) going wrong.
Báró is also a nod to my late Grandpa — a Hungarian word meaning "baron" and a second name of my family — but more than that, a reminder of his superpower: always making it work. That's the energy I bring to every hiring challenge.
I believe hiring should feel human. That candidates deserve real feedback. That "culture fit" shouldn't be code for "people like us." And that a good recruiter saves you time, money, and a lot of very awkward onboarding conversations.
